Refund policy

Returns 
Our Returns Policy lasts 14 business days.  If 14 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your item visit the same ACS courier store that you have received your item from and inform the staff that you wish to return an item.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, accordingly.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. 

Please, be kindly informed that the delivery costs that you were charged when purchasing the item (on the Bojo Boutique E-shop) will not be refunded. You will only be refunded for the amount you have paid for the desired item.


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange the items you purchased for the same item, send us an email to info@bojoboutique.com and return your item to the same ACS courier store from which you have received it.

As soon as the replacement item arrives at the ACS courier store (that you selected) an SMS will be sent to you so that you can visit the store and receive the item.
